Sandra M. Lambert, CEO, Lambert & Associates, has 35+ years cybersecurity and business continuity planning experience with an international clientele. She is Vice Chair of ANSI X9F4 – Cryptographic Protocols & Application Security Standards; participated for 25+ years on the ANSI Crypto Tools, PKI and Security Application Working Groups; and was Editor of the Trusted Timestamp Standard. She was CISO at Citibank and Security Pacific Bank, and represented the banking industry on the Computer System Security and Privacy Advisory Board. She co-authored the National Academy of Sciences Computers at Risk Report. Lambert was Founder and first President of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), is a Distinguished Fellow, member of the Honor Roll, & was elected their first inductee into the Hall of Fame.  She is the current Chairperson of the Board of the ISSA Education Foundation.  Ms. Lambert was awarded the 2009 (ISC)2 Tipton Lifetime Achievement Award for her contribution to the information security profession, and the 2004 SecurE-Biz Pioneers Award in recognition of outstanding performance in securing the National Critical Infrastructure.. Lambert is a CISSP-ISSMP, CDRP, CCP, CGEIT and CISA. She holds an MBA and MS in mathematics.
