Roy Biakpara has worked in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) space for about 20 years now. He is the global GRC Lead for Gemserv, an expert provider of professional services, helping clients make the most of a world increasingly driven by data and technology. He also doubles as the Principal Consultant/trainer of Cryptv Ltd, an innovative and value driven company in the business of data security with vastly experienced consultants, and has helped train more than 300 data and privacy practitioners across the world.

He resides in London, UK with his wife Gloria and their three children. When he isn’t spending time with his family or helping secure businesses, you’ll find him playing scrabble. He has been on the TV show Chase with Bradley Walsh.
