With over 25 years of experience in IT and Cybersecurity, I have found being a mentor and asking for mentorship to be of great value in achieving professional goals and being a better cybersecurity professional. It is the relationships I have established with my mentors that have enabled me to be successful. In this presentation I will discuss five key life-skills I learned from them over my career that I use today in leading my global cybersecurity program.
