Laura Harder – Cloud Solutions Architect Technical Strategist, VMware
Laura Harder is an experienced cyber-security leader with over 22 years of military service and 19 years in the private sector. Currently a Cloud Solutions Technical Strategist at VMware, she has served as a cybersecurity director at multiple companies. An ISSA Fellow, she serves on ISSA International board of directors, leads the Northern Colorado ISSA chapter, and is part of the Women in Security Small Interest group. She holds multiple Information Technology certifications, including CISSP, CompTIA Security +, Project +, Scrum Agile, and Microsoft certifications.

Kavitha Bangalore – Senior Tech Consultant, IntelliAppWerks
Kavitha Bangalore is a professional with over 19 years of experience developing, integrating and managing IT, Cloud and some Cybersecurity projects, with clients in India, Singapore and the US. She is currently working as a Snr. Tech Consultant at IntelliAppWerks which she co-founded in 2018 and is working on Cloud Applications Development and building skills in Cloud Security and DevSecOps. She has achieved various Industry Certifications including IT/Agile/Cybersecurity/ITIL Process/6 Sigma BB and awards such as Action Oriented-Customer Oriented Employee Award, Certificate of Acknowledgement for Innovation.
She is a senior member at IEEE and member of PMI, WiCys, ISSA and a Google Women Tech Maker Ambassador. Her volunteering interests are in Women in Technology, Sustainability and Culture.
She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation technology and a Masters in IT and various certification courses from UT Austin, MIT Sloan and Ohio State.
