Kasi Paturi – CEO, Global Cyber Security Initiative (GCSI)

Kasi Paturi is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in developing and founding software businesses.  The founding chairman for ISSA Board of Directors SIG, the CEO of Global Cyber Security Initiative (GCSI) and Founding Principal of Blockchain Advisory Institute (BAI). Member of Board of Directors at Wintrust Community Bank (Barrington Bank & Trust Co), Board Member of DePaul University Arditti Center for Risk Management. Advisory Board Member and Chairman of Productivity committee of Central Asian Productivity Research Center (CAPRC).  He previously co-founded the American Institute of Computers and was a Managing Principal of AIC Consulting.   In addition, Mr. Paturi helped Dr. Ed Mensah develop the nation’s first completely online Public Health Informatics Program, offering graduate degrees and certificates, at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  This Public Health Informatics Program was developed from conceptualization to completion by Mr. Paturi and Dr. Mensah, and has produced alumni worldwide.  Furthermore, Mr. Paturi was also a Co-founder of DarkStorage (a cloud-based data storage company), Co-founder and Vice President of MPC Systems, a Member of several Asian American Advisory groups and the Commissioner on Economic Development commission for the Village of Hoffman Estates. Mr. Paturi holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Illinois and is a Graduate of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.

Robert Barr – Chair of the Board of Directors, Caboose Inc

Robert Barr collaborates with global companies, as well as foreign and domestic governments, to align on business and digital transformation vision, execution and adoption resulting in significant growth while mitigating risk. He serves on early stage technology boards and not-for profits; he has also started several companies. On boards, he has served in the roles of President, Treasurer and Secretary. For the Private Directors Association, he is the founding chair of the Cybersecurity Governance Committee since early 2020, appointed by the founder and CEO. Currently Chair of the board of Directors at Caboose Inc, Board Member and Treasurer on the Executive Committee at Syracuse Alumni Rowing Association. Prior to that at Oracle, he worked with key accounts on management consulting engagements, creating strategic roadmaps and building CFO-blessed business value cases to drive market changing, secure, digital transformation across the enterprise and its ecosystem supply chain. Robert holds a BA in International Relations from Syracuse University and a MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Glenn Kapetansky – Chief Security Officer, Trexin Consulting

Glenn Kapetansky has a passion for building systems, organizations, and teams, and has done so across a number of business sectors, technologies, and roles—including stints as interim CISO at University of Chicago Medical Center and Innovista Health. For over 20 years Glenn has advised senior executives and built teams throughout the delivery cycle: strategy, architecture, development, quality assurance, deployment, operational support, financials, and project planning. His credentials were earned in such diverse industries as healthcare, finance, energy, consumer products, and telecommunications. Glenn’s current focus areas—as Chief Security Officer at Trexin Consulting—are data protection, audit/regulatory compliance, and Agile management.

Glenn speaks and publishes regularly. He has been named numerous times in various Who’s Who, and is a repeat recipient of Bell Labs’ Arno Penzias Award for Innovation in the Marketplace. He is active in the Chicago CISO of the Year, Cyber Risk Alliance, and the Technology Leaders’; Association.

Glenn is a nominee for CISO of the Year (2022) and ORBIE (2024). Glenn’s certifications and memberships include IEEE (Senior Member), ISC^2 (CISSP), ISACA (CISA, CDPSE), and ITIL (SM).
