Lee Neely – Information Assurance APL, LLNL

Lee Neely is a senior IT and security professional at LLNL with over 30 years of extensive experience with a wide variety of technology and applications from point implementations to enterprise solutions. He teaches cyber security courses, and holds several security certifications including GMOB, GPEN, GWAPT, GAWN, GPYC, GEVA, CISSP, CISA, CISM and CRISC. He is a current ISSA International Board Member and former ISSA International Director, Member of the SANS NewsBites Editorial Board, SANS Analyst, and Security Weekly podcast host. Mark Doering – Technical Marketing Director, NETSCOUT

As director of technical marketing at NETSCOUT, Mark Doering supports security product development and the implementation of enterprise security solutions, engaging with NETSCOUT field sales and NETSCOUT customers as an advocate for the best architecture to achieve the desired outcome. Experienced in network security, privacy, and compliance, Doering acts as a liaison between customers, the NETSCOUT sales team, and product teams, providing a hands-on, real-world perspective.

Before joining NETSCOUT, Doering worked for VSS Monitoring as a security architect. He also spent more than 16 years at Cisco, first as technical solutions manager and then as technical marketing engineer. During his Cisco tenure, he assisted with the rollout of the Cisco SAFE security blueprint; he also contributed to Cisco enterprise security and wireless security whitepapers that led to the development of Cisco Validated Designs.

Doering holds a GIAC Certified Incident Handler certification as well as an ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification (CISSP).
