Overview
The rapid adoption of AI is introducing serious new risks and vulnerabilities that will not be caught and/or remedied by traditional risk management approaches. This presentation will highlight a number of those new risk and vulnerability areas, and discuss the prudent ways that we might go about performing a better risk assessment process, so as to develop contingency plans for the inevitable failures and damages sustained as a result of this very rapid adoption process. A sample of recent legal cases related to these new risks and vulnerabilities will be covered, with an emphasis on what can be done, so as to prevent similar problems at the viewer’s organization.
