Betty Burke – COO/Secretary, ISSA International

Betty currently serves on the ISSA International Board of Directors and is a past President of the MN-ISSA chapter.  Betty has over twenty years’ experience in Information Technology and Information Security in positions of progressive responsibility and technical expertise. She has worked on information security planning, developing and delivering security programs. She is respected as a decision-maker and creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to achieve desired results while maintaining effective team cooperation. She has worked with several security regulations and standards including HIPAA, ISO17799, COBIT, Payment Card Industry Standard, NIST Standards and IRS Publication 1075. Betty is CISSP and CISA certified.

Stacey Champagne – Founder & CEO, Hacker in Heels

Stacey Champagne is the Founder & CEO of Hacker in Heels, a company on a mission to increase the number of women in cybersecurity and influence greater societal change. By transferring the skills she developed as a graphic designer to the increasingly important and lucrative field of cybersecurity, Stacey dramatically changed the trajectory of her life. Now she is helping others do the same through her community and programs that help women launch and grow six-figure careers in cybersecurity.

Stacey is a subject matter expert in insider risk management with experience building programs at F100 & F500 companies. She holds multiple certifications including Security+, Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), and Insider Threat Program Manager (ITPM). She earned her MS in Security and Resilience Studies with a focus on Cybersecurity Policy from Northeastern University, a graduate certificate in Cybercrime Investigation and Cybersecurity from Boston University, and will complete her second Master’s in Criminal Justice from Boston University in 2023.

Prior to entering the cybersecurity field, Stacey worked for the US Government Intelligence Community as a Visual Information Specialist. Her designs supported multiple stakeholders, from military leaders and policymakers all the way up to the President of the United States. Her talent in design, business, and innovation was cultivated through completion of a BFA in Graphic Design with a Minor in Business and Undergraduate Certificate in Product Innovation from Virginia Commonwealth University.
