Terry “T Boe” Boedeker is a combat-decorated Marine and cybersecurity leader with a career dedicated to protecting critical infrastructure and public services. In past roles spanning Armis, FireEye (now Trellix), Mandiant (now Google), and Varonis, he has led teams of engineers and consultants, advanced cyber threat intelligence pactices, and developed incident response and forensics methodologies that strengthened state and local defenses. He is recognized for building inclusive workplaces, mentoring professionals, and fostering stronger cybersecurity communities. Today, Terry serves as Secretary of the ISSA Rainier Chapter and is the MuleSoft Account Executive for State Government in the Pacific Northwest, where he helps agencies modernize IT through integration strategies, governance-led AI adoption and API management.
