ISSA members span the information security profession - from people who have yet to enter the profession to people who are entering into retirement. Realizing that the needs of its members change, as individual progress through the career, so should the services that ISSA offers.

Anita Karim serves as the Vice President of Policy, Risk, and Control for CISO at Citi Bank. She has over 15 years of experience in Cybersecurity in various roles. Prior to joining CITI, she was at Children’s Health and managed various areas such as identity and access management, cybersecurity awareness, risk assurance, etc. She has also focused her experience on strategy, threats operations, incident response, crisis management, metrics, communication, and developing cost effective solutions. Anita has a Master’s in Health Information Management and a Bachelor’s in Biology/Chemistry. Her passion is to educate students and teach various college level courses for over 10 years. She is currently on the advisory committee for Collin County College as they build their Cybersecurity bachelor’s program.
Alan, Chief Product Officer at Tessian, boasts over 20 years of experience in the Software-as-a-Service sector. His visionary leadership and deep industry knowledge have been instrumental in shaping the company’s product portfolio.
