Jorge is the Los Angeles-based senior vice president for Robert Half Government and serves as the Program Leader for Robert Half’s Apprenticeship and Workforce Innovation (AWI) solution which goal is to develop a skilled, diverse, and inclusive professional workforce through apprenticeships initially established in California in the areas of cybersecurity and accounting expanding nationwide into additional professional roles. Jorge is a Board Member with the Los Angeles County Workforce Development Board (WDB), the California Interagency Advisory Committee on Apprenticeship (IACA) and Advisory Board Member of Apprenticeships for America (AFA).
