James B. Johnson Board Member CIO & CISO James Johnson has 30 years of experience within the defense and private sectors with extensive experience in information technology, security, privacy, governance, organizational resiliency, and artificial intelligence. His expertise spans construction, defense, ecommerce, education, engineering, energy, government, legal, and transportation markets. Mr. Johnson currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for Holland & Hart. He previously served as the Chief information Security Officer at Holland & Hart and Security Director at AECOM & acquired companies where he served on the Corporate IT Security Committee reporting to the Management Committee. He has consistently been called upon as an advisor to the highest levels of corporate leadership, including CEOs and presidents, helping organizations translate complex challenges into informed executive and boardroom decisions. Mr. Johnson is Board Chairman of the Rocky Mountain Information Security Conference, LLC and past Board Chairman and President for Denver ISSA where he remains as an advisor to the Board.
