Daniel Kimble is the CEO of Resonance Executive Coaching, a global executive coaching firm. He is based in the Silicon Valley area.

Daniel is known for his storytelling expertise, his cut-to-the-chase clarity, his fluency in all things business and his results-oriented yet relationship- focused approach.

Daniel is the author of the book Unshakeable Influence: Mastering the Inner Game of Leadership, host of the Unshakeable Influence Podcast, executive coach, and a professional keynote speaker. He is a 30+ year veteran of the Silicon Valley high-tech industry, having served in a wide variety of operational roles ranging from engineering to consulting, operations and sales.

As a leadership coach and keynote speaker, Daniel is especially skilled at coaching, training, and advising C-Suite leaders. Through a calm, grounding and insightful presence, Daniel is able to teach senior executives how to maximize their influence and consistently excel in storytelling, high stakes leadership, and quality decision-making. He brings warm confidence, deep wisdom, and a keen insight into how to tell great stories and how to lead.

Daniel received an executive M.B.A. from both Columbia Business School and UC Berkeley and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from UC Santa Cruz. He has an Executive Coaching Certificate from UC Berkeley, and has taught Executive Coaching at UC Berkeley’s Executive Coaching Institute. Daniel is also a Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile 360 and Leadership Culture Survey, EverythingDiSC, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and the Kolbe Conative Assessment.
