Amanda Laden

Amanda has an MBA and over 20 years of experience working to improve some of the world’s top organizations such as Uber, GE, Chase Brexton, AmWell, American Nurses Association, Aura, and Amgen. She has worked with companies in a number of diverse industries including technology, healthcare, non-profits, hospitality, & the beverage industry.

Amanda specializes in strategy development and strategic planning for organizations to meet the needs of future and current businesses and to remain competitive. She uses a human-centric approach to this work and helps organizations to understand the business environment, develop goals and objectives, and plan for the future. She has worked with boards to develop skills training, ESG strategies, and implement diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives.

Amanda and her team’s most recent work includes developing a global human-capital strategy for the reorganization of a division of a multinational Fortune 50 company to support career growth, hiring, promotion, and retention. The team has also worked with the largest healthcare organization in MA to establish a strategy for creating and rolling out company-wide anti-harassment training. Amanda has also advised a family-owned family-run manufacturing company to strategically realign its leadership team to reimagine revenue streams during the pandemic to ensure the manufacturing plant ran at 90% capacity and they could still bring their product to market.

In addition to this work, Amanda has worked with a number of entrepreneurs in a strategic capacity to bring their products and services to life, including an agricultural consultant to create her thought leadership platform and growth strategy, the founder of a new exercise concept to help her create her business strategy from inception to launch, and the founder of a specialty pet food brand advising her on how to target specialty pet food markets for faster, more sustainable growth. Helping business owners realize their entrepreneurial capacity and dreams runs in Amanda’s DNA and passion for helping others.
