- How do you attract new candidates for open positions, and what are the best places to find suitable candidates?
- How do you motivate them? Or do you have to?
- How do you assist in their professional development?
- Do you create growth opportunities for them, or is it limited in your organization?
- How diverse is your team in age and gender? How do you manage the diversity (i.e., what techniques do you use to communicate effectively, especially multi-generational)?
