The WIS SIG will be hosting an opportunity to engage on topic of mentorship with their peers and with advocates in the cyber field. This will be an open and friendly environment where ISSA members should feel safe to discuss their ideas with other members of the ISSA WIS SIG.
We will discuss ways to address challenges, seek out opportunities to advance professionally and share experiences. Attendees should walk away feeling that they have had a positive engagement with their peers and be able to do one action to improve their confidence, skills, or career advancement.
Our topic for March 3, 2022 will be Self-Reflection.
