Overview
Insider Threats are one of the top risks on many organizations list of top threats. They can be divided in three categories which require different view points for mitigating: malicious insiders, negligent insiders, and infiltrators. In this webinar, we look at all three and how organizations can assess and mitigate the risks of insider threats.

Jorge Orchilles – Chief Technology Officer, SCYTHE
Jorge Orchilles is the Chief Technology Officer of SCYTHE and co-creator of the C2 Matrix project. He is a SANS Certified Instructor and the author of Security 564: Red Team Exercises and Adversary Emulation. He was a founding member of MITRE Engenuity Center of Threat-Informed Defense. He is a Fellow at the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and National Security Institute. Prior, Jorge led the offensive security team at Citi for over 10 years.
He also co-authored Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS)and A Framework for the Regulatory Use of Penetration Testing in the Financial Services Industry, and author of Microsoft Windows 7 Administrator’s Reference. Jorge holds post-graduate degrees from Stanford and Florida International University in Advanced Computer Security & Master of Science. Jorge speaks English, Spanish

Liam Cleary – CEO/Owner, SharePlicity
Liam started as a trainer but realized that programming, breaking and hacking was a lot more fun. After spending time within infrastructure and security services, he moved into consultancy focusing on collaboration technologies. He is also a Microsoft MVP, and can be found presenting at many conferences, as well as teaching his kids how to code, raspberry PI programming, hacking the planet or building Lego robots.

Chris Villasenor – Founder, ITPM
Chris has over 20 years of consulting experience in talent management, cyber security, and organizational effectiveness. He advises startups to multinationals on aligning human capabilities with strategy, operational improvements and enterprise risk management. He is a Group Director for a leading international talent advisory and executive search firm, where he specializes in the use of personality assessments for employee selection and development. In 2017, he founded TealSpace to address the complicated and persistent human problem of insider threats.
Earlier in his career, he served as a trusted advisor to a variety of industries in aligning infrastructure with emerging technologies, digitization of products/services, operational improvements and fostering an agile mindset. Having deep expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and Go To Market strategies, he has helped bring new services and products to market for the Fortune 500. Chris sits on several Boards of Directors where he provides guidance to international companies entering the North America market.
Chris has BS in Biological Systems Engineering, VA Tech and an MBA from Robert Smith School, UMD. A certified executive coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he acts as a soundboard for leaders driving transformation, managing disruption and helping to unleash their potential. He is an accredited Insider Threat Program Manager (ITPM) by Carnegie Melon Software Engineering Institute.
