Overview

Preparing professionals for the workforce must be collaborative between training and education, employers, and industry associations. All parties receive benefit and value when the community comes together to bridge the gap to full-time employment. The ISSA Aim Program is an influential force that positively contributes to the cybersecurity workforce. ACI Learning provides training and education to build the necessary skills for workforce readiness.

In this session, we will discuss the challenges of an apprenticeship program and the solution ACI Learning and ISSA are working to develop. A partner ecosystem provides candidates training and helps identify opportunities for apprenticeships and full-time job opportunities placement with enterprise organizations. Join us for a lively interaction on the benefits of building bridges to success.
