How do I get my userid and password?

You can go to: “Login” and click the “ I forgot my User Id and Password” button. You will be prompted to either enter your user id to get your password or enter your e-mail address to get your username. Your user id or password will be e-mailed to you. If neither of these options work for you, contact:

I would like to become an ISSA member; how much are membership dues?

Go to: “Membership Dues” for explanation of the types of membership that are available and the dues.

What is my member status?

You can go to “Profile Update” and login, if you haven’t already. You can find your member type, your original member start date, your current term start date, and your current term end date.

Do you accept Credit Cards for a payment method?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credits cards.

I have not received a membership dues notice (invoice) for my membership, how can I get one?

You should receive a membership due notice (e-invoice) 60 days before your membership ends, as long as you have a valid e-mail address in the ISSA database. You will continue to receive an e-invoice every 30 days until 60 days after your expiration.

If you have not receive a membership dues confirmation notice, this could mean your e-mail address is not on file or it needs to be updated in the database. Go to: “Profile Update” you will be prompted to login.

I paid my membership dues and have not received a membership dues confirmation notice (receipt). How do I get a membership dues confirmation notice (receipt) so I can submit it to my employer?

You should have received a payment confirmation (receipt) when you renewed your membership. You also will be receiving a receipt 30 days after your renewal or membership application is processed along with a new membership card.

I am a student; do you offer any discounts for students?

We do offer a Student membership, which costs $30.00, plus chapter dues.

We also, offer a Trial membership that is free, which is good for three months.

How can I change my e-mail address, billing address or any other personal information that needs to be changed?

You can go to: “Profile Update” logon and change your personal information. Once you have submitted the changed information it will update your record in the database. This does have a process time of approximately 3.5hrs.

If you are not able to login into the ISSA website, you can go to: “Login”.

If you don’t remember your password, go to: “Login” and click the “I forgot my User Id and Password” button. You will be prompted to either, enter your user id to get your password or enter your e-mail address to get your username.
