You should receive a membership due notice (e-invoice) 60 days before your membership ends, as long as you have a valid e-mail address in the ISSA database. You will continue to receive an e-invoice every 30 days until 60 days after your expiration.
If you have not receive a membership dues confirmation notice, this could mean your e-mail address is not on file or it needs to be updated in the database. Go to: “Profile Update” you will be prompted to login.

You should have received a payment confirmation (receipt) when you renewed your membership. You also will be receiving a receipt 30 days after your renewal or membership application is processed along with a new membership card.
We do offer a Student membership, which costs $30.00, plus chapter dues.
We also, offer a Trial membership that is free, which is good for three months.
You can go to: “Profile Update” logon and change your personal information. Once you have submitted the changed information it will update your record in the database. This does have a process time of approximately 3.5hrs.
